Migration is Life & Abolition of Time: Announcing my Candidacy for President
What's up to my bilingual barnacles and and bodacious budgerigars! Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for joining!
We got a boisterous and convivial episode for ya this week folks! Strap in, split a cigarillo, fill it with an agreeable strain such as strawberry cookies, sprinkle in some kief, crack a root beer kombucha, make a float with some high quality ice cream, and kick up your feet for a wild ride down a winding cobblestone status quo assailing lane.
In addition to the zany audio tidbits (back with a vengeance) and a brief discourse on a recent meditation, this episode I announce my candidacy for President of the United States of America! That's right folks. My tagline is: "Little Raven 2024: F*** You."
We check in with my Ministress of Migration, who lays out the platform regarding the concept formerly known as "immigration" (her first move is to abolish the word altogether). Another key pillar of my platform is breaking up the Big Tech, Big Pharma, Big Media, Big Oil and Big "Green" monopolies. To do this we lean on the precedents set by the Sherman and Clayton Anti-Trust Acts, whose statutory guts we spill in the ep.
The Outro reading features the story of the mountaineer and outdoor photographer Jim Harris, who became paralyzed from the waist down in a kite-skiing accident, but who regained sensation and the ability to walk with a cane and ride a mountain bike, using the power of psilocybin (the business alkaloid in magick mushrooms).
